What this is

ESA Billing Desk is a done-for-you service that helps education providers prepare and track TEFA invoices and marketplace orders. The free pilot described on the home page costs nothing and you can stop at any time.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the services and amounts you bill, and for following TEFA and marketplace rules. You keep ownership of your data and your decisions.

No guarantees

I work carefully, but the service is provided as-is, without warranties. I'm not liable for indirect losses, and my total liability is limited to what you paid me (for the free pilot, nothing).

Not affiliated

ESA Billing Desk is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the State of Texas, the Texas Comptroller, or Odyssey.

Changes and ending

Either of us can stop at any time by email. If these terms change, the date above will change.
