The problem

Small gaps that cost real time and money

01

Orders sit unconfirmed

On Odyssey, the Net-30 clock doesn't start until an order is confirmed, so a stuck order is money that hasn't started moving.

02

Status lives in five tabs

Invoices, marketplace orders, family emails and your own spreadsheet rarely agree with each other.

03

Admin eats teaching time

Every hour spent chasing a confirmation is an hour not spent with students.

No cost. I just want your honest take on whether it actually helps day to day, and if it doesn't, that's just as useful to hear.

Who's behind this

Matt Breen

Founder, ESA Billing Desk

I'm Matt Breen, and I started ESA Billing Desk because TEFA paperwork looked like a real time drain for small education providers. This is a new service, and I'm looking for a few providers to try it and tell me straight whether it helps.

Why I built this. By day I'm a full-time account executive, and I build things like this at night. From the outside, TEFA order paperwork looked like a real time sink for small providers, and it seemed like something one careful person could take off their plate. I'd rather find out from you whether that's true than guess.
